Dear Sisters from Across the Globe,

It gives me great honour to welcome you to the New Democratic Egypt to attend the “ 7^th African Congress for Women Entrepreneurs, 11^th  Afro Arab Congress of Business Women  & Professional Women” in Collaboration with "11^th Mediterranean Congress for Business & Professional Women & 13^th International Congress of  BPW – Egypt and the Egyptian Business Women Association and OWIT (Cairo Chapter) and the Training Program for African Female Entrepreneurs  to be held in  25 – 27 April 2012, at Mena House Oberoi Hotel Cairo–Egypt, 

Many Guest Speakers will be covering all topics targeting Women Empowerment & Economic Integration in Africa,  and support of  SMEs and Women in the Private Sector in different fields . Also on the role of Business Women in Economic development & co-operation among Business Women from Africa with their colleagues all over the World to exchange experience & have mutual Projects to achieve the Millennium Development Goals. On behalf of the organizing committee we extend our welcome to all our colleagues from Africa, The Arab World, the Mediterranean Region & all over the world for more communication among Business Women & Entrepreneurs around the globe. 

As the African Ministers of Gender had declared the African Women Decade 2010 – 2020 . The Congress will be accompanied by Trade promotion fair for Women Entrepreneurs and SMEs Economic Empowerment of Women one of the main priority areas of African Women Decade continuing the activities of the African Women Decade in the field of Economic Empowerment of Women for all the products of Women Entrepreneurs offering a Marketing tool towards accessing the international Market.

With the launch of UN Women and one of its main priory Areas is Economic Empowerment of Women . 

The Congress will be focusing on Multiple approaches to achieve this and continue promoting for the Women Empowerment Principles. (WEP) which is launched by BPW – Egypt with UN Women and UN Global Compact .
